I used the signal checker and got the same low signal readings as what the phone is reporting in the settings.

Why would I want to use CDMA a slower internet speed, if LTE is suppose to be working? Anyway.... Thanks for the replies everyone. Sprint is supposedly working on a local tower and it will be upgraded next week:/, though this seems to be the go to response for things network related.

I hope so. Yesterday I spent a hour chatting with a sprint rep. Nothing to seemed to work, and he assured me that he was reloading the tower and I would 5 bars within a few hours.. Needless to say that never happened.
