    What firmware is on the box u can find this in settings in about the box if u do not have 5.0 for the firmware this could be the issue krypton does not work on less then 5.0

    My M8 android tv box os stuck on mbox logo have tried hard reboot as well as factory reset and tried to put firmware back on with an sd card is there something i am not doing or another way of fixing it
