Applying on the screen protect should not affect the touch function of your phone... There might cause more damage to your already broken phone during the installation process.

Though the Gorilla Glass 3 using in this phone is claimed to be far more durable than before, it still can not survive some kind strong impact. So using a protective case is a good idea if you want to save your phone in some certain circumstances.

The screen of the smart phone is quite fragile. Fail on ground may cause some small conponents within broken. Better let technicians to check it.
