Sorry for the late response but I did not receive notifications that anyone had replied to my question and I had forgotten my password. I just had my screen repaired and they put the sim cards in the wrong slots. Yes it is a dual sim phone and in turning the sims on and off to fix connection...

Saw this icon and disabled everything and read all notifications and still it remains. Normally call notifications appear on the left side but this is on the right side next to my WiFi connection and I don't know what it is (picture attached)
