I also have the Dunkin Dounuts apps. I tested it last night once I uninstalled the app wifi worked fine wile BT was on. I then reinstalled the app. I tested the phone at every step: worked after reinstalling. Logged into app wifi still worked. open payment and closed and reopen chrome issue...
