I think it's the battery. I switched chargers and let it charge overnight. I did another factory reset and as soon as I finished the setup, it went dead. So disappointed because the darn thing isn't that old!! Posted via the Android Central App

This didn't work. Still turns off when I unplug from charger. I tried to do a hard reset but I can't do that either. Posted via the Android Central App

My son's tablet is a year old and last night it turned off while he was playing on it. I tried to turn it on but no good. I had to put it on a charger and hold the power and home keys and it would start up. The battery level was at 40%. As soon as it is unplugged, it goes black and wont turn on...
