Re: KitKat I got a question. Some of the Press Releases I am eading are sayin you need to be at L720VPUFNAE to get the upgrade OTA ? I am at MK2. I think the new L720VPUFNAE is 4.4 ?? Updated: I found a link. NAE is whats coming to us now as 4.4 .

Be careful. Some apps control the touch screen and can cause issues. I would suggest stopping them first. Move as many to your SD card as well. And get something like clean master to help you out.

Straight Talk is telling me that if I install their Sim card it will work. Was thinking of spending 50 bucks and giving it a try. Its still CDMA.

Sounds like the same issue as people not being able to charge. Samsung implemented new micro HDMI Spec on 4.3 but since MK2 update charging issues went back to any cable again. Will try my HTC cable and update soon.

You might have gone from 4.2 to 4.3. Only Samsung Chargers worked after the update. Then with The MK2 patch everything started working again. Had to do with the new spec on the micro HDMI connector. It would work if you rebooted every time. Its gone now with MK2.

I am a stock Sprint SPH-L720. My charger stopped working on the fly till the MK2 patch. Wifi weak seems to just want to run up your bill. I just turn the Mobil off when in good wifi coverage. Miss the button that was easy to get to. Now it's nested deeper. Knox and other issues resolved...

The MK2 update seems to fix the charger cable issue. All cables work on the fly again.

It's all about the 4.3 update. The new drivers want the latest pin out on the mini HDMI cable. So if you have a newer Samsung OEM Cable you won't notice. But older cables you need to attach in the correct sequence. Phone then to power. Or just Reboot. Known Issue. Samsung will tell you to...

I noticed the charger issue as well. I even tweeted Samsung USA Support. Looks like they want you to use their OEM chargers. 4.3 is looking for the later version HDMI Cable spec. Good news is it seems like if you plug the cable into the phone and reboot. Your good. Also finding that it works...
