Same problem here with my Galaxy S4. The photo app Gallery opens then immediately shuts. And I get the Cloud Agent error too. But I don't see any "blue button" in Dropbox. And there is no "Personal" under Settings. Under Accounts, there is a Backup Option called "Cloud". But there are no...
