Thank you. I know I could go that route but I really struggled with it when I did the manual update to marshmallow. I couldn't get it to work on my Macbook Air and wound up using my sister's Windows laptop. Plus it seems like I shouldn't have to. Posted via the Android Central App

I tried with Sprint in the store and over the phone. They said the IMEI number was not in their system and they couldn't activate it. I have a ticket on it from their tech support folks. In the meantime I got a Straight Talk BYOT sim card and got a one month plan.
