    When I was using iPhones and a third party application, I was able to print the chats in a graphical way with the colors and all just like it looks on screen. I am using note 9 now and I am unable to find a similar solution for my Note 9. Any ideas?

    That was naturally the first thing I tried but no matter what I try I keep getting the error that "this app is not compatible with this device. I am using an Acer desktop with win 10 64 bit. Do you have any idea why I get this error?
