I've recently found that my phone,HTC one M9. erases my apps that were stored on the sd card, after restarting the phone .I moved the apps to the sd card to save space on the internal storage of the phone . How do I keep the apps on the sd card ? or the phone from erasing them?

I'm trying to connect my HTC One M9.to my pioneer 8100.head unit. I have it on USB 2. I get a red screen on my phone. By pass is on the head unit.not sure why it won't connect. Help please...
