So here's a zen question for you.. Has any1 heard of a feature phone, powered by the android kernel (or otherwise) that is not technically a smartphone? Why? Think about it. High end android users either have an insane phone, a good tablet, or both. Generally the phone is used as a hotspot...

need to charge from a moto sanctioned device (lapdock, HD dock, wall charger) when phone is not on. USB ports wont do it. They dont see the Atrix as a smartphone untill it boots and thus will not supply current properly. This is why the phone to be fully charged when starting to flash.

If it is like Galaxy in Fire, it is stored in a very strange place. You have to CWM to your previous rom and pull it from that with root explorer, etc.

moto has better hardware. good build quality as stated, tho the Atrix accessories leave room for improvement. htc has damn good software. they are also more innovative and willing to take risks. easy to root doesn't hurt AT ALL.

So unless I am mistaken my Atrix is not updating ... because I did an update to an early build of the previous ROM? Is this right? Does any1 have the x.x.52 instead of x.x.57?
