    Thanks for that, Javier. But I thought the whole idea of a 'factory reset' was to clear out EVERYTHING I had done to the phone since purchase, and put it back to 'as new', i.e. Android 4.0 (and factory Apps only) ??? Bobby

    Hi If I reset to Factory settings, I will lose the lose the Android 'pushed' updates from 4.0 to 4.2 to 4.4.2.. How, or where, can I go to re-update? [NOT rooted] Thanx :confused:
