Yep. I can agree with you. My wife have a Claro Note 4 N910C, Android 6.0.1. I'm from Brazil and the problem is the same related by you. I tried ALL the hints and walkthroughs to try to resolve this situation, but even with a brand new battery, her phone simply turn off at random battery...
