I've a SGS3 on the Sprint network with JB 4.1.2. I have blocking mode enabled at night. If I turn on Driving Mode under the Text to Speech options it still verbalized the text when blocking mode is enabled. I would really like to leave TtS turned on but do not want to manually turn it off...
