Hi, thank you for your suggestions. My connection, in the new location, is to a dedicated sim card hotspot (that is, not a hot spot via a mobile). I don't know how to interrogate this to establish its type of 2.4G... i'll have a Google. I cannot try the ChromeCast in the original location...
