    CSR took my order number and punched it in, but system told her not to release it today. Have to go back tomorrow.

    BB sent me an email Saturday asking to make an appointment, and of course Sunday was closed for Easter, I called on Monday and scheduled. But I went in anyway after seeing the update on order status.

    Yep! I went in with the print out saying ready for pickup. No luck. Told me to come back tomorrow.

    Mine said ready for pickup, I went to the store in Buffalo NY and they wouldn't give it to me. Said I need to come in tomorrow as the release date is 4/21. Totally bummed out!
