I was saddened to learn that on Sprint, you can't use their Spark Network (or LTE) with Voice at same time. So if you plan to use your phone online while talking, think again (unless you are on wifi). Seems like we regressed 5 years in technology with this "upgrade".

I had that problem on my Note 2 and believe a recent upgrade made the volume button more sensitive. Turns out when I was holding it, it would trigger the volume down button and mute my phone too. I haven't noticed it on my Note 4 though.

Signal strength is currently worse than Note 2 on Sprint throughout the Boise area. I called to complain today and Sprint suggested I change settings to not use LTE (which will put data back to 3G) to improve phone reception. I am looking for a better solution.
