Found it! -Have Settings set to List view -Under Device, go to Battery & Power Saving -Under the heading Battery Saver, select Power Saving Exclusions -In that list (in alpha order), find Exchange and turn the toggle off -No more warnings from battery saver that it will drain the battery faster!
