Before the update, I noticed occasionally the second display would seem to always change back to the quick shortcuts screen over time, even if I left it on a different screen. I think that was fixed after the update, looks like it is always staying on the screen I have it on. Might be just me tho...

The point is that Smart Bulletin isn't useful in the current state, but it looks like eventually other apps will be available to download.

Sorry, I think it's Smart Settings not quick settings. It's where the phone can control settings on its on based on time, location, etc. Like simplified Tasker or Macrodroid.

With verizon disabling quick settings, Smart Bulletin on the stock launcher seems kinda useless. Anyone have a use for it?

Verizon messages app is a train wreck. It's slow, bloated, crap. I painfully use it occasionally as well because I get poor signal at my house and texts hang a lot before sending. Also it sends mms over WiFi which is nice. I really wish someone could mod it to remove the garbage and speed it...

I got mine yesterday evening in a cooperate verizon store. They had to find it though, like the employees didn't know what it was. Got it and everything runni,g great, even went back today to get the otterbox defender. Love it so far!

I still have my note 4, made the switch too. It is still an awesome phone but not in its current software state (looking at you Verizon). The nexus 6 is lightning fast an miles ahead with security.
