Yes...agreed, and not only Groove IP, but i've also tried Skype, Sipdroid, CSipSimple, Mizudroid and others...all pretty much the same over 3G although one can get plus/minus improvements with different codecs and various settings...so i suspect it's a bigger problem than i'm qualified to solve...

i can use Groove IP just fine over Wifi...but on VM's 3G it stutters like crazy for the outgoing stream if i call any number (land or mobile) except another Google Voice number...then there's no stutter. Is this working for others or is VOIP over 3G just not going to work properly? :confused...
