Have you installed any third party apps which can control your data option? Just check it out. If I were you I would use factory reboot.

you'd better try to find other ROMs for your phone. If hardware is the same, other brand's ROMs can also be used.

I guess it's the ROM problem. To be honest, I have never heard this brand, I guess their system didn't optimize very much for their hardwares. MTK' s processors are not as good as Qualcomm, but it's much more cheaper than Qualcomm.
