OK, I have a LG VIPER 4G LTE. I plug my cell phone into my PC, I select Charge Only, then I go into Settings, and then Developer Options to enable USB debugging, it is grayed out so that I can't turn it on. How do I make this option available so that I can enable USB debugging?
