ordered N4 black on 10/12. Shipping to CA. Just got my confirmation via fedex.

I believe like last year for N3, certain authorized retailers actually get them before ATT retail store get them, I called one "authorized retailer" today and voila, in stock and for sale.

they are selling it.

this pisses me off. My local authorized retailer has note 4 in stock TODAY. And since I preordered, i used my upgraded and cannot physically go in today and get it at the store because the upgrade reversal takes 24-48hrs. Now i gotta wait for my shipping confirmation...
