Yeah it's the Cricket model, I actually was able to set different wallpapers before, but I tried to change it recently and realized that it didn't give me the option to any longer. I have tried choosing a photo and selecting "Use As --> Wallpaper," but it yields the same results.

I have a Motorola E5 Cruise and the wallpapers icon shows up when i long press, but it won't allow me to click on it. The two icons next to the wallpaper icon, "widgets" and "settings," both work. I'm also trying to set different lock and home screens so I am trying to follow the directions...
