I think you should be able to connect it to a computer, then go to the phone's files, and back up your photos, music, etc to your computer, then reset the phone. I don't know if it will let you do it, I haven't tried it, but it's worth giving a try ;)

There were times when this was happening to me almost every day. When this happens, just restart your phone. If it happens again, restart again. Then it suddenly stopped happening.

Google play randomly crashing I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 2016, which I got in April (2016). My problem is that Google play keeps crashing randomly. It happens when I click on something in Google play. So I click on an app, click on search, etc. There isn't a specific situation, when it happens...

You can go to Settings>Storage then click on cache and delete the cache. This is just temporarily, the cache will come back after some time. Otherwise, remove what you don't need, or buy an SD card.
