I want to add. I have youmail as well, but youmail is not the culpid as I receive rarely voicemail. Its really the phone app. It may well be an android issue and not just only a samsung issue.

I agree. The notification was just disabled. There is still a problem with the phone since it is still ejecting it randomly without "us knowing" anymore. Its more a way to hide the problem. I believe that this is because the hardware is faulty.

I fully agree. And this is what I am trying to explain. It doesn't matter if you have or not the notification. The notification was pupping up to tell us that the SD had disconnected and reconnected. It should be the same notification if you pull out the tray and re-insert it. Now it doesn't say...
