Thanks, still no joy. I'm gonna drag and drop files from phone to computer once a week instead. I once had a note 3 stolen with all pictures and info on, devastating!!! So its important I make a backup some how. Gonna try reinstalling smart switch aswell fingers crossed

it shows 'USB for file transfer' in notifications bar. If I swipe down and press, it then shows the above screen shot. I have try all the options but with no joy?? It just keeps showing the first screen shot I posted. The problem only started from the last update on my S6. Don't know if I can go...

My S6 was backing up fine until the last update, now its just gets stuck on this screen?? Any ideas anyone
