Happened to me as well. I got a Pixel XL 2 weeks ago from a Z30 so joined Android Central. This is very disappointing as I participated in certain postings to help me out. Are there any other good android forums. Although if you do reply I most likely won't see it. Ironic isn't it.

I used Sms backup+ to back up all my text messages. Worked great. Just Google it on how to do this.

I have had my Pixel XL for 10 days now. Really liking this phone. Came from Z30. I would not go back to BB10.

I just got a Pixel XL and really like it. Came from using BB10 for over 3 years. Took quite awhile and a lot of googling to get things set up but so far so good. I cannot see myself going back to my Z30.

The way they are playing this game why would you want that on your phone?
