Yea I think so too, although the pending charges seem like something for those people. Goog did say that they will charge when they ship.

I am now pending again too. No charge showing yet. Hmmm, could be making a mountain out of a mole hill orrrrr it could be coming!!

To me Solavei seems like the way to go with my Nexus 4 ordered earlier. To sign up it ask for a Device ID (IMEI) of course I don't have this because my nexus 4 was just ordered. How do I get past this device check?

Just got a 16GB at 1:48pm est!!! It has said "Coming Soon" for a while and I just f5ed it and every once in a while it will say "in stock". I guess if your fast enough at this moment you can get one. (add to cart then proceed) Not sure if these are cancels or they still let some trickle in to...
