Any browser. It happens with Chrome and with the default browser the phone comes with. I downloaded an app calledFile Shortcut a while back where you cam make shortcuts to stuff saved on your phone. It gets rid of that stuff too

Nope. Also I've tried wiping the cache and clearing the data on the home screen too through the application manager. Still doesn't work

So my dad and I both have Samsung Galaxy S4s with US Cellular. They updated a few weeks ago, and now after the update, anytime me or him make a shortcut through a browser (i.e. making a shortcut to wikipedia.com through Chrome) it'll disappear from the home screen after about 15 mins to an hour...
