This is INCORRECT! Go to your Apps screen. Locate and invoke the "phone" app. Touch the three vertical dots in the upper right corner. Touch settings. Touch "Accessibility", and then go to the bottom selection (2nd selection) where it says, "Hearing Aids, Turn on hearing aid compatibility"...
