So I have decided the order the shield tablet cant wait to receive it.

i thought the screen mirroring would work with all smart tv's if it has the feature my samsung tv has the mirror feature.

thanks for all the input I think I am going to pass on the samsung tablets because of touch wiz and look at the shield or the nexus 9.

hmm How do you guys think the tablet is for not gaming use ? i want to web browser and watch movies and do screen mirroring with my samsung tv.

Is it worth geting the SHIELD now ? or wait a few month for the new one to come out? I am currenly on the look out for a tablet and I like the look of it and what it has to offer I wont be doing much gaming but it looks like a good tablet.

So I am looking to buy a samsung tablet such as the Pro 12.2 or another one of there long listed tablets that samsung make but I am not sure if I should buy one now or wait. I am geting it to go with my samsung tv which I like how u can mirror your screen etc. Thanks for the help.

I doubt they will replace it free of charge as they dont offer that service in the UK as of yet.

First of all I want to say I love the features of the dot view but as soon as you drop your phone the case falls of providing no protection. Dose this happen to anyone else? or is it just my case?

You have to have root to be able to flash a rom but i think you can get a rom with out root super su all roms can be found on xda developers.

Never mind guys I think I was doing somethign wrong I managed to sideload carbon rom and I am no longer bricked.

Guys i have managed to brick my device while trying to flass cm11 i need help ASAP please i have tried to sideload a rom using TC One Toolkit [M8] - v1.1 OTA which i found on xda i have added link below. Every time i sideload a rom it fails but i can locate the sideload zip in the file manager...

Sorry for the noob questions but how would i get the stock recovery back once backup is restored ?

How about when I want to sell the phone or send it in for repair how would i get it back to stock like remove root and custom recovery ?
