I have done this step... actually worked for about 2 weeks and now the problem has started again.

It does not show any notification until I open Timely... once I open timely all of the sudden my notifications appear and it says "Alarm dismissed after X minutes" x - being how ever long has passed since the alarm was supposed to go off. My wife sleeping right next to me has the exact same...

Now Timely is no longer working for me... alarm did not go off this morning and under the notifications it says it dismissed alarm after 45 minutes but that was only after I opened Timely to see if for some reason the alarm turned off. I actually have 3 alarms set to go off 10 minutes apart and...

With a 3rd party alarm app does the app have to always be running for it to work... by that I mean if the app is closed and I forget to start it back up before I go to bed will it still work?
