Hi! Yes, you would. Smart Lock is just for the normal lock screen. So if you wanted to use the 3rd party, and Smart Lock, you would have a double lock screen.

I have seen this before. It is usually an advertisement that you get on Ad.fly telling you to download an app to get rid of the "Hornyworm.apk". If your not root, applications can't install other applications behind your back.
