Re: LG G4 stuck in boot loop on LTE Plus screen So wiping the cache didn't work, so I had to suck it up and do a factory reset. That worked and my phone is up and running. I forgot that I had backed up my device too so everything was saved. Thanks for the advice!

Itried doing the hard reset on my LG G4 and my phone didn't respond. I even tried it with my spare battery that I got when I bought the phone and that didn't work either, even with the charger plugged in. I'm waiting on a new type of battery that is supposed to stop the issue. Any other advice...
