Yeah, I got the update and it's definitely better. I can open a tab, leave, search for something in Google Now and go back to the 1st tab and it won't reload. Thanks for the tip, I should have checked for updates before complaining, lol.
I'm running 4.4 on my Nexus 4 and Chrome will not keep any tabs in RAM if I leave the app. Every time I exit Chrome and come back, the tab has to reload. My phone has 2GB of RAM, no reason it can't at least cache the pages. Anyone have a solution to this? I feel it didn't reload all the time...

I had some friends over and we wanted to watch a YouTube video, so I showed them my new Chromecast. Soon enough we had 5 people sending different videos to the Chromecast from 5 different phones, and they didn't even have to sign into my network. We had a lot of fun, even if it was a bit hectic...
I picked one up from Best Buy today (August 30th) and no code on my receipt :( I bum Netflix off my family, so no big deal, but would have been nice to give it to them. Loving the Chromecast though!!
I've had a bumper case with my phone since the launch in November. I am happy to report that it has kept its fit and is not loose at all. It has held up quite well and looks like the day I got it. The silver plastic band is one piece, so it should never get loose. Unlike my iPhone 4 bumper where...
Oh my! Well at least you should be able to buy a new battery and fix it yourself. My battery gets up to 115 degrees while in my car mount in the sun. I read online swelling can be caused by overcharging as well, how often did you have it left charging at 100%?
