When I was looking at my battery usage statistics today, I noticed one of the items has an android symbol next to it and then the name is just 10200. There is nothing else, even when I click on it, that would describe what it is. Does anyone know what it is?

Yeah, it sounds like a factory reset is in order then. I forget what buttons you press to do that, but someone on here will remember and will chime in. Best of luck and make sure you back-up your photos, contacts, etc. beforehand.

I'm coming from an iPhone and then a Note 4 and this is the best phone I've ever had. It's quick, has the features that I want, and like everyone says, it's a beautiful phone and has an excellent screen. The battery has not been a problem for me yet. I charge it though whenever I'm at my desk...

Try a simple restart first. Hold the power button on the right-hand side for about 2 seconds and then select restart. It will power-cycle your phone. It's worth a shot first to see if things start working again before you do a wipe/re-install.

Have you tried recording something in 1920x1080p (60fps) to see what that looks like for you? If you like it, it would sure take up a lot less room. That's what I have mine set to currently and it looks good to me.

I went with the Zagg HD screen protector. It wraps around the sides and covers the top and bottom areas around the screen. It's pretty good about not showing fingerprints so far, which really makes the beauty of these phones stand out.

The Nova Launcher was recommended highly when I did research on this. I subsequently went with it and I like it a lot...

I still have the Google Play store, but my Samsung app that lets you go to the Samsung site and download apps from there is gone. Anyone had this happen or know how to get it back. I did a search on the Google Play store but didn't find it there (not surprised). Thanks
