Yea... AT&T isn't going to work for me. This is in my living room. No better upstairs or in the basement. Similar results with the AT&T sim in my Verizon phone. What's more disappointing is not even a half mile away, I can go into the center of town and get 20-30 down / 5-10 up easily with AT&T.

Keep in mind that with the dual core processor, LTE chip, 720p display, and a small body... it's going to get a little warm. As long as you can't cook an egg on it, you should be fine. These devices should have a built-in temperature monitor that would shut the phone off or limit activities...

Played with the Nexus for a good 30 minutes yesterday, absolute garbage in almost every aspect. Typical cheap Samsung quality with crappy pentile AMOLED screen. Phone was overheating, call quality sucks, slower to respond than my Rezound. Glad I didn't wait.

Who cares about benchmarks. If the phone feels fast to you, then you should be happy.

I have 4G with my Rezound most of the time now unless I'm in my work building or if I walk outside and it grabs onto 3G first, then within seconds it grabs 4G and hugs it tight.

ICS was just released, I wouldn't count on seeing the next OS until mid next year at the earliest. If the Nexus is getting it, then the Rezound sure will since it has the hardware for it.

The Rezound does not support NFC. Honestly, I'm skeptical about using a credit card these days, so NFC won't matter to me as I won't be using it.
