    1) I run 64 bit on my PC and 32 on my Mac. Haven't noticed any differences. 2) Correct, I've tried may methods and so far only works when booted directly into windows.

    If you flashed any of the superclean roms you will need to flash back a stock rom of 2.1. I'm gonna work with Droid and make a flashable EB01 rom.

    Thats good to hear 1-click-root still worked on 2.2 OTA. What rom were you running before you updated?

    If you update OTA it will install the radio and kernel.

    From what you posted, the necessary kernel to install recovery installed fine. The next thing you need to do is run the recovery installation.

    This is an issue that I haven't found a work around for. It happened when the 1-clicks are in a directory in which the path has a space in it somewhere. Put the 1-click on your desktop, or the root of your hard drive and try it again.

    Thats strange how it would take that long... Some phones have a really hard time running the root exploit. Any update? Did it ever get rooted? Its normal to reboot the phone manually.
