my 2 cents I just removed the script /system/etc/init.d/01mvdalvik then use link2sd as usual, mapping the whole cache partition to sd card makes the phone unable to boot w/o sdcard since i mapped all app and app cache to sd card using link2sd, then the data partition have enough space to handle...
