It shouldn't be freezing in the first place, especially when it's on stock firmware (or in safe mode, which mine has crashed in before). My phone went to Phones4U's repair centre, where they couldn't replicate the fault, then to Samsung's repair centre, where they couldn't replicate the fault...

I've sent mine back to the shop as it crashed once or twice while I was trying (and failing) to back up with Kies.

I've been having this exact same problem on my O2 network S3. While it hasn't crashed yet today I thought it might've been because I've not used it much. A Jan 22 auto-fix would certainly be appreciated...
