You can go into "Settings"-> "Notifications". Scroll all the way down until you see "Looking for Something Else" and click on "Notification Reminder". That is the easiest way I find it.

How does screen look with the Zagg protector installed? I have noticed that the pre-installed screen protectors grays/washes out the whites a bit. Similar to very cheap protectors I have used in the past. Just curious if you notice a different with the Zagg installed.

Could have been a glitch or something I changed. Reset app and notification preferences and permissions through Samsung support and now all apps seem to be functioning with the general system settings for sound.
