I called my provider TracFone and they said they could send me instructions as soon as I told them the android version , I said 7.0 cause that's what it says, they said that didn't work, is that the real version or not

ok how do I find what bands my phone uses?

so point me in the direction of what to do exactly because I'm hopelessly lost when it comes to service

well checking what I bought I found this jk I can't copy and paste on this app apparently one sec, ugh well basically it talks about bands and how your device needs to operate on a certain band to use 4G and if not it will run edge, so if my phone doesn't run that band how do I change that

just had to download the app to respond, anyways thanks for the tip but it did NOT work still gave the exact same error, help!
