That last point is a big selling feature: cloud storage for photos and video. The integration with Google apps is seamless, so it just works.

Got a couple people to try Allo. They all went back to WhatsApp or simply stay on iOS with iMessages. Duo works OK, but I ain't trying to get anyone switched to yet another app.

I wouldn't want to risk fouling up a new, expensive phone. In the past I reused cords, charger heads, etc. without a care. But recently I've had a couple instances with sparks and slow/no charging due to not using the cord and/or power head supplied.

Well I would have to feel and play around with the blue phone. A photo is one thing, actual use for a minimum of a year is another. I was regretting my red Nexus 5 until I got it in hand. So glad I took the plunge.

While I think the angle being argued in this class action try is ludicrous, I think there are tons of buyers that have legitimate reason to sue Samsung. The botched two recalls. The first was premature and probably has sufficient evidence that Samsung knew of possible problems before the fires...

I think this is a silly angle for the class action proposal. But with all class action suits, it's up to the judge. They're the ones that certify the suits as a class action and its boundaries. Too many just go with the flow and don't really think about justice. The certification should not...

It's a matter of choice: the color reminds you about old cheap phone, it reminds me of some furniture and art work from my HS days. And I like different colors. That's why my current phone is a red (more like blood orange) Nexus.
