Deleting Google Voice and reinstalling the app fixed the problem.

My wife is dealing the same issue and can't find a fix. She as Google Voice account and number. She tried going through the google voice setup, but it was making her try to port her mobile number.

I'm have the same issue, but I usually have it when I've received a text or email while on a call. I hope they fix this. Not using a screen protector, so that's not cause.
