My wife got a new Note 8. She's moving from a Note 4. We were wondering how to set individual contact ringtones. She had different ringtones for calls and messages on each contact. We can't seem to find the ability to do this on the Note 8.

The way I understand the process is, that Google contracts with in this case HTC and LG to build the phones. But, Google is in charge of design and what components go into the phone. Maybe they use components and design cues from both manufacturers or maybe they don't. I am looking forward to...

I also have a Nexus 6 with a very buggy camera so, I'm also going to update to either a Pixel XL2 or a LG V30. Leaning towards the Pixel. I just love clean Android and I'm deep into the Google ecosystem! Yet, I love the idea of the nature of the content creation of LGs V series. Decisions!!!!

Chromecast works on both my S7 Edge and Note 4. I don't want a removable battery. I am a power user and when I had phones with removable batteries, I never replaced them. I just kept a battery pack or charging cord with me. Though I wouldn't mind having IR.

Since for some reason I torch SD cards even high end SanDisk. The higher the internal storage for me the better. I take a large amount of pictures. 6gigs of ram would also be great. My last Note was the Note II. I now have a Nexus 6 so big phones don't bother me. Looking forward to the next Note.
