I am having the same problem, sound comes out ,but the touch pad is not responsive at all. This makes it impossible to use ambient sound mode, because it's like the left bud is not there.

Thanks, I went through this for months, and all Samsung could do was have me send it in for repairs. I knew it had to have something to do with software because it would connect after a fresh reset but I would lose connection shortly after. Do you know how it gets turned on in the first place? I...

I did a full reset and mine worked for a couple days ,but now it will not recognize any wifi networks again. Getting really irratated!
