My S3 crashed. The costs to upgrade are astounding. Someone recommended i try a Blu Android phone. Can anyone say if these phones are good? Screen clarity etc???

Three apps were auto updated. I restarted the phone. It went through the process and the screen froze; the wallpaper did not load, just colored snow on the screen. I tried rebooting using power button. This failed. Battery was pulled and replaced, power button was pressed and nothing. Tried...
