Turning off picture stabilization will definitely speed it up. I think mine is very fast compared to what I was used to with my S2. I also like being able to tap the screen on what i want to focus on. Try turning HDR on and off also. Posted via Android Central App

Anybody else have this problem? People always ask me if I have my speakerphone on. The phone up to my ear leaks the conversation really loudly to others and I don't have it turned up too loud. I have to take it down to the lowest level and my face/ear still doesn't block it completely Posted...

Sorry, I think I figured it out. Have to go to mode setting within the location settings. I had an S2 before this, so it's probably more of an android version change than an s5 thing. Posted via Android Central App

A few of my apps ask me to enable GPS, but my "location" is already on. Isn't location the GPS on these phones? I can't get past that screen on those particular apps. One of them is the VZ navigator. WTF isn't there a real GPS on/off switch on these phones? Posted via Android Central App
